We, at Durga Engineering, manufacture high quality Extruders from 30mm to 175mm for Building wire, Optical fibre cable, LT cable, HT cable, Sioplas line, CCV line, rubber CV line & rubber hose line etc. Our Cable Extruders can be connected with different types of sensors, transmitters and instruments of any shape and sizes. Cable extruder is used by wire and cable factories to heat extrude polyethylene, PVC, etc. to insulate the wire core of the wire to protect the cable.
An extruder is simply the machine used to complete the extrusion process. Using a system of Torque Gear Boxes, screw & barrels , the machine heats up the product and propels it through the die to create the desired shape.
